I am a facilitator. I want to do television commercials. Who should I contact?
Hello everyone. I can create animated characters and 2D or 3D that would be perfect for television commercials Thirty seconds. But I do not know the advertising agency world, and I'm not a marketing expert and I'm not sure how to begin. Apparently, local business video production feel I took the money from their pockets, are willing to cooperate or contract with me. I contacted a local television station, but believe that their customers are willing to pay the minimum necessary for your ads. So what is a facilitator to do? I just want to help make some great TV ads. Am I right? One of my first animation short film has been featured on Channel Independent Film and a second short film has won a trip to visit Los Angeles Sony Pictures and attend a live television program. Therefore, I'm new at this, but a great start. Thanks to all who responded. (Check the profile of a link to my demo reel)
you may not want to hear this, but you are not alone. … , This does not mean you can not do. But most advertising agencies are based in the coils to determine who can be used for a commercial. These demonstrations are usually represented by the companies for commercial production. These companies usually have a stable of administrators and moderators work exclusively for them. When an advertising agency wants to do an exchange with the animation, the producer of the Agency called the production company coils. So, basically, need representation. Animators and illustrators often work well. and they also have representatives. under this market, you, you should check Red Book of producers to monitor the advertising agencies in your area. (Usually in the "reference" Your library) will send a letter a reel or a link to your website. You can also write to the pharmaceutical agents and advertising and sending samples. they often do commercials with animated characters. You must also provide short film festivals in Aspen Shortsfest like to get more visibility. (Agents go to these parties to find new customers.) I recommend finding a pro-bono Customer Service (nonprofit) and make a second post 30 to them for free. The good thing about doing pro-bono is the TV spots run free as part of its obligation to the community (but most often in the early hours of the morning). However, you can enter the display advertising prices. Anyway, I hope this helps. LA411.com give a long list of production companies. They can give valuable advice on what your next steps should be. success
